We are Officially launching!

Welcome to the National Movement of Youth for 4Es – an energetic, youth-led initiative committed to advancing the principles of Eco-friendliness, Economy, Education, and Empowerment (4Es) in the realm of energy conservation and sustainability. This movement has been initiated by the youth with the support of Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), the State Designated Agency (SDA) responsible for energy conservation in Jammu and Kashmir, and Government College of Engineering & Technology (GCET), Jammu. We invite you to explore our online hub, www.e4wave.com , where knowledge is shared, innovative ideas flourish, and active engagement in initiatives related to conservation and sustainable practices takes centre stage.

BEE implements schemes like the National Mission for Enhanced Energy Efficiency (NMEEE), Perform Achieve and Trade (PAT) scheme, and initiativespromoting net-zero commitments and the launch of the Indian Carbon Market.
Additionally, BEE oversees the Star Rating of Commercial buildings, promotes energy efficiency in the transport sector, and leads the and leads the E-Mobility initiative. It also administers the Standards and Labeling (S&L) program, providing consumers withinformation about energy consumption and cost-saving potential for various appliances.
